This has already been suggested, and the answer is still the same: it is not possible.
Or maybe it is with DX11, but i can't get any of keen's tool to work anymore.

How about having a light (white bg) and dark (black bg) sets and the border color being from the color picker?

Some suggestions:
- Make the colors use the Default RGB color picker
- Add an option to have them behave like armor blocks regarding the glowing edges

Also, how do these compare to Light/Heavy armor?
