Longer Iranian Struggle

描述
Adds game rules to increase the length of the Iranian Struggle by reducing the amount of points from Concession catalysts.

You can increase the length by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times.
Default is 2.

The struggle only accepts whole numbers from catalysts. There are two more rules to allow catalysts be reduced to 0 and to keep or disable yearly drift.

Yes, you can get achievements and play ironman.
You don't have to start a new game with this mod. If you load an existing save, it will apply 2x reduction to any new catalysts (with 1 point minimum). If you remove the mod, the catalysts will return to normal (any gained points will remain the same).

You can find the rules under Tweaks and Historicity categories.

Changes persian_struggle_script.txt file, will be incomatible with other mods that edit it.

Doesn't need an update, works on 1.15

Love your mod. Usually every gameplay it ends around 930-950 and given the historical "end" date is The Culmination: Arrival of the Seljuks (1055 CE)

Went for 5x length and shit ended as smooth as history was told in real life.

i just had two playthrough's trying to go for Irainian Resugence ruined because concession popped 50 and then 60 years into the game honestly concession should be disabled for the first hundred years

It seems the counter resets for me if I am not completing struggle in one sitting. Next time I load the game, suddenly concession is skyrocketing.

Mod is definitely needed with more provinces expanded (MPE). "Complete a raid against an involved ruler +3" already at 156/500 and it's been 4 years in my game.
