North Carolina Historic License Plate Pack (1907-1980)

Updated for 4.27, now using the CustomPaints feature! Description:

This pack includes nine hand-drawn historic license plates from my home state of North Carolina! It felt like Automation was lacking some classic license plates to go on older builds.

North Carolina, 1913, Painted
North Carolina, 1920 (White on Brown)
North Carolina, 1930 (White on Red)
North Carolina, 1940, Reflective
North Carolina, 1950 (Yellow on Black)
North Carolina, 1960 (Black on Orange)
North Carolina, 1970 (Red on White)
North Carolina, 1980 (Red on White, '82 Exp)

Works in BeamNG when exported, but the polished metal on the 1907 and 1940 plates will appear much flatter. The rest look fine!

Some of these are approximated, or even resized to standard US size. I tried my best to make sure they feel like they fit in the vanilla game. Hopefully y'all enjoy them!
