[OWV] 'Lemi' Light Tugboat

In the early days of space exploration, OWV was still fresh and did not have many ships, and kept recycling scrapped ships a top priority in the name of conserving resources. After the major success of the Billist line of cargo freighters, there have been a couple of accidents relating to them being too full and not slowing down in time for docking, which lead to debate on how to solve the problem. Among many silly ideas, such as inflatable cushions or moving the station itself, it was decided that a small tugboat should be built to assist in docking. Thus, the Lemi Tugboat, named after the rogue planet Billist's moon, was in production. With its high acceleration, it was perfect for hauling filled cargo containers around docks, but also picking up lone cargo crates or smaller wrecks nearby. As stations grew and traffic increased, the Lemi proved to be a great helper, being able to push even the largest vessels by itself. It has also seen much usage in the racing scene, with great forwards acceleration and decent visibility, while still providing decent safety for the crew.

The grabby arms are a bit confusing to use, so here's a basic overview;

1. Position object between arms
   
2. Turn on auto lock
   
3. Reverse both sets of hinges
   
4. Once both mag plates have locked on, reverse hinges again
   
5. Once payload is roughly in the middle turn hinges off

If you're grabbing something large that cant fit within the bay, just reverse the base hinges and turn off all hinges.

For the longest time I've always wanted to build a crescent/horseshoe shaped ship, but never got around to it. Well finally it's here, only probably after 2000 hours of thinking about it lol. The grabby arms are a bit finicky, so I'd recommend changing torque and settings depending on what you're hauling. The current settings are fine for grabbing blocks less than 5 LG blocks wide. If you're pulling/pushing a large ship, id recommend maybe turning on Share Inertia Tensor or jacking up torque.
