This is the old Railbow from GTTOD in 2020, I believe? It came after "The Bad Update" and was kinda this outlier of a gun. One of the complaints from the previous update was that all the guns were really generic, whereas guns from previous versions had a lot of life and uniqueness about them.

That was honestly kinda the plan, since I wanted to have a generic set of guns so that modders could come in and make all the wacky original ones. On top of that, I knew I wanted to have BABE weapons in the NEXT update (which ended up getting delayed quite a bit), and THOSE weapons I wanted to pump some more personality into. I think that's kinda what we have sorted these days, but back then it really wasn't the case.
