Ornge (pronounced Orange), formerly Ontario Air Ambulance Corporation and Ontario Air Ambulance Service, is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation and registered charity that provides air ambulance and associated ground transportation services for the province of Ontario.

Air ambulances spawn only in the event of a medical emergency.
To get random emergencies, you need to play in the difficulty level "moderate" or higher. If you play on "easy", the chance for emergencies is almost 0%.
If you play in Sandbox mode, emergencies have to be turned on in the advanced settings when you start the game.

If you want to change the settings or the diffuculty settings in an existing savegame, edit the GameData.json file of your savegame. For more help, please visit the Apog Labs forums.
