This map helps you unlock The Economist - Achievement

First go to Economic Menu, then select Economic Mission.

Search for a map name called: the economist - achievement

After have the right map/workshop. Change difficulty Very Hard important otherwise won't unlock.

Once loaded up the map set tax to low after the people happy or use the Trader. Goal 600 Gold. After getting 600g Achievement should unlock.
