Spacer Shields

This mod adds two shields with different functions:

A telescopic shield that allows you to fire one-handed weapons while hiding behind it.
The shield can then be collapsed into a smaller, hand-held version for ease of transport.
Stacks up to 2 when collapsed and can be purchased from stations or crafted.
The collapsed version of the shield can also be thrown, expanding into the full size shield upon contact with a solid surface and providing stationary cover that allows you to use two-handed weapons.

The strobe shield is held in both hands and can be used to stun anything in front of it, both creatures and crewmate alike.
Requires a strobe light to function and both can be crafted.
The light is spent after each used but can be recharged.
