I'm back baby! And with a whole ton of CATNIP!!!

Yay! The devs fixed my UI issues. So I redid this mod from the ground up with my UI issues fixed I saw some things that was tripping up the other mods.

So this should work in all base game and DLC scenarios. However it will not auto work in any modded scenarios unless I just happen to have that one in my list. If you have a modded scenario you want included I will try to make it happen.

Gonna add a pick soon to make it all professional I just wanted to get this version out there.

para todos que estao perguntando, o mod liberar todas as pesquisas para serem pesquisadas no laboratorio, ao inves de ter apenas algumas tecnologias especificas por mapa, vc tera todas para pesquisar.

For everyone asking, the mod will unlock all research technologies to be searched in the lab, so instead of having only a few specific technologies per map, you will have them all available to research.

@Horseman ... Graphene Solar Cells aren't a breakthrough tech. Carbon ones are, but Graphene just has prerequisites.

For my money, go for Carbon ones... they generate 50% more electricity.

a lot of different maps i play on dont have Graphene Solar Cells in the breakthoughs and when it does show up on my list sometimes it disappears for some reason.

Can you add the fabricator techs to this? from military outpost, to be unlocked in other maps

To those asking for a "Detailed explanation"... how do YOU interpret the words, "All Breakthroughs"? Because to me, it means this mod gives me, you know, all of the breakthrough technologies. So now I can research and use them.
