The Amityville Horror Model for GMOD

This addon includes the Amityville House and the window glass model (which is an effect model.)

Use the Bone Merge tool to combine the two. (Tutorial is on the video.)

YOU NEED TF2 MOUNTED to prevent the model form going pink.

The model is entirely walkable collision mesh inside, albeit not perfect (such as the railings and some wall areas. that are not covered well.)
