THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE CIV 6 ART STYLE!!!
AMERICA: FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT
Requires: RISE AND FALL

Trait: The New Deal
+50% Production and Gold when in a Golden Age or Heroic Age. +100% Production in all cities for the next 15 turns after being declared war upon. Gains access to the B-29 Superfortress at the discovery of Advanced Flight and the Iowa Class at the discovery of Refining.

Unit: B-29 Superfortress
American unique Atomic Era unit that replaces the Bomber. Starts with a free promotion, is slightly stronger, has +1 range, and is a bit more expensive.

Unit: Iowa Class
American unique Modern Era unit that replaces the Battleship. Has +1 movement.

Agenda: Fear Itself
Never declares wars for which he can be branded a warmonger, and likes peaceful civilizations. Heavily dislikes warmongers.

Both versions have LOC_UNIT_FDR_NAME bug in IOWA and B52 units

The idea is when you’re coming out of a Dark Age. I couldn’t figure how to exactly code it that way.

@carlosc Your people were slaughtering the innocent Chinese civilians hundreds of thousands at a time - when you point a finger, you have 4 pointing back at yourself. FDR was not racist, but one might say paranoid, in this case - it was a bad thing to do, but FDR did many, many other good things for the US which far outweigh this big mistake.

This is insanely OP. Essentially +50% production and gold flat, with an even more OP version of Curtin's ability, and an extra 2 unique units which aren't OP, but all together, way, way too OP.

Feel like it would make more sense if those boosts came in a dark age
