Q: Is it compatible with CE?
A: I don't play with CE so I don't know.

Anybody can use scrolls, psycaster or not, as they don't require a psylink. Except for pawns who are incapable of violence, they can't use any scrolls.
Scrolls are considered as utility apparel the same way psychic lances are.
Scrolls can also be bought from some traders and be obtained as quest rewards.
All relevant research projects require a techprint to be applied.

More Plant Products: Psyink becomes craftable with anima blades, requires a relevant research project to be done.
Vanilla Psycasts Expanded: Psyink becomes craftable with eltex, requires a relevant research project to be done.

is it posable to get scrolls of psycasts from other mods if you have VPE?

Figured I'd let ya know, but these are removed with Remove Industrial mods, is there a way you can change their tech level to be Medieval at all so they can be used alongside Medieval style modpacks?

@nguyenanh2132 They are scroll-only effects I made to include something other than just vanilla psycasts. Hive summons a singular hive with bugs, mechanoid turret spawns a friendly mechanoid mini-slugger turret and tornado summons a tornado.

@jakekhatkar You equip the scroll and then you get one time usage of the psycast that is inscribed on it. Like a psychic lance -- you have to equip it to use it.

I don't completely understand it, is it supposed to give the use a pyscast? because whenever I try using it on my pysker it only gives the option "Force equip scroll of ..."
