描述
Soviet CAS MIO previously

During World War II, the USSR produced over 36,000 IL-2, while Germany produced only 6,500 Ju-87s. "SHturmovik" played a significant role in the victory over the fascist aggressor. He also called "flying tank" for his high protection and low agility. However, the paradox did not add CAS design bureau to the Soviets.

So this mod adds Ilyushin Design Bureau as CAS MIO with some production buff and Petlyakov Design Bureau as MIO for Medium Planes.

Mod also affects other design bureaus of the USSR, changing the balance and assignment of design bureaus.
All "focus traits" of MIO's" have been preserved.

Balance
SOV became stronger.
Nothing changed except Soviet MIO's.

How/why Pdx made Ilyushin a medium bomber Mio is beyond me. The Il-4 was of almost no importance while the Il-2 was the most produced ground attack plane in history.
Thanks for this mod.
Now we just have Yak as a naval designer.

я короче даунёнок малость и просто не поставил отдельный мод, думая, что ребаланс в этом) но вообще хотелось бы адаптировать к expanded designers combined (ремарка сюда, нестратматы должны быть в допмодулях, а не в особеностях дизайна, ибо на самолёте одновременно должен висеть перк на ЛТХ и нестратка)
