A leather, fur-lined cowboy hat for the Engineer, along with a head-wrapped scarf.

Features three styles:
* Freezing - paintable scarf
* Chilly - paintable fur
* Mild - paintable fur, removes the scarf


WIld Vest:

A leather, fur-lined vest for the Engineer, along with a leather worksman's glove. "Unarmed" style removes the glove.
