Destructable Starters

Converts all basic starter cards to their upgraded CONSUME version, and gives one card draft.

The motivation behind this mod is to make early game more interesting.
By removing the basic starter cards players now have to make more interesting early game choices, and can start a build earlier.

In my testing this mod makes early game a bit harder, and late game a bit easier. I would consider this pretty well balanced.
However, the main focus was making things more interesting.
