Offshoot of my Postal Ellis addon as requested by Toxic_Trap. (sorry for the long wait!)
Simple recolor to give the appearance of a black jacket tied around his waist along with some jeans.

Credits:
Sirgibsalot - parts of their "Day One" retexture on the body.

What’s the addon? I could probably edit them together onto one texture so you can have both if you’d want.
