Difficulty Rebalance (Very Hard)

Описание
Main idea here is to help AI stay together since civil wars can make fighting bigger AI a literal joke and the whole game becomes a snorefest. I also wanted to make forts better while having bigger battles so I increased the levy size multiplier by 5% for the player and 10% for the AI. Any higher would require intense rebalancing of any levy size modifiers and I wanted to avoid having to do that since I play with a lot of different mods. (The initial 5% levy modifier is added in the base country modifiers, AI get 5% more on H/VH.)

Used with fort/AI changes in my TI Rebalancing and Better Forts mods.

Lots of inspiration taken from the Increased Difficulty mod by Dementive.

Ideas I stole from the above mod:

- AI get money and PI when they are low, chance for money is small.

- Buildings have a 50% chance of getting destroyed when you conquer land since the AI gets more money. This also helps to simulate IRL devastation from warfare. (I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loved this idea, guy is a genius.)

Inspiration for general difficulty modifiers taken from the "Very Hard" Difficulty Rebalance mod by Lufos:

Man, how the hell do you edit the levy multiplier? I only want eo make base value at 10%, and add 2.5% to Persian military tradition, and 7.5% to Indian tradition. I have been searching for hours, and trying to edit and test. It just is not working for me
