For 1.2 Cicero beta.

This mod changes/replaces the "very hard" and "lucky nation" ingame settings. The aim of this mod is to create a more balanced/harder player experience. It is still work in progress and will probably change a lot during the next months.

Lucky nations will get additional powerful modifiers on top of the "very hard"-modifier. Use it in conjunction with my mod "Lucky Nations" to get more AI powerhouses.

In order to use the Lucky Nation modifier, you also need my mod "Lucky Nation" and enable it via a button in the diplomacy view of the targets country's ruler. Make sure to put this mod below the "Lucky Nation" mod in the mod manager.

first time i see a "rebalance" mod that doesnt make the game easier nice
