It's a simple retexture mod, it's Open Source
You can open it, modify it, repack it, and repost it with your modifications

Hello, can you make the suit resistant to high temperatures? Or low temperatures? Make it so the player can only survive in a specific area while wearing this suit? As if it were temperature resistant in addition to the gas.

If you are looking for something to add, a translation of the item names/descriptions would be awesome.
I`d do it myself but I`m a noob at DayZ Modding.
