The Merit was the flagship model produced by Eleanor Motors Corporation branded as Eleanor in years 1962-1990.
This is the second generation, , produced in years 1972 to 1973 in mid trim level.

Engines list:

318 cu V8 making 193 horsepower @ 3000 RPM
340 cu V8 making 240 horsepower @ 3000 RPM
400 cu V8 making 281 horsepower @ 3000 RPM
440 cu V8 making 389 horsepower @ 3000 RPM (In the car)

Transmission: 3 or 4 speed automatic, Rear Wheel Drive
