[Ignition Point v2/v3] Char lR/64 + lR/67 Pack

Ignition Point v2 is a land vehicle project incorporating lessons learned in prior projects, based on my own universe plus nations from a nation RP called TExpo. Ignition Point v2 utilizes a gun convergence method meaning the driver of the vehicle can operate every gun at once, leading to every vehicle only having one seat, though not all vehicles need it. Ignition Point v2 is NOT COMPATIBLE with The Greatest War.

Edit 6/28/2024 - The release of IPv3 will coincide with a lot of IPv2 mods being rebranded, too, since they're much the same, but with subtle changes for gameplay. This mod I consider compatible with future IPv3 releases, so it is low priority for remakes.

The Republic of Ascaria is a communist nation that can be considered the foil to Librataris, featured in other mods. While Librataris focuses on very high quality but practical machines, Ascaria focuses on overwhelming numbers of forces using "good enough" equipment. They're kind of the whole reason the Axis cooperates with each other at all.

This mod contains the Ascarian Char lR/64 and lR/67, two amphibious light tanks produced in the 1960s. The lR/64 was designed to replace its predecessor, lR/51, using a more powerful high velocity 75mm gun with sabot, and having a coax 23mm with access to armor piercing belts. As well as this, it boasts a very fast autoloader. The lR/67 was developed later, not exactly for recon purposes, but for naval infantry. This variant used a 55mm autocannon with AP and HE belts, as well as a coax 23mm, with the same AP belts as lR/64. The lR/67 was chosen for naval infantry due to better anti-infantry and anti-fortification abilities, plus anti air capabilities. Both of these also shared numerous components with many other Ascarian light vehicles.

Pro tip: The Char lR/64 and lR/67 are both very capable in anti-armor once on the flanks, but don't expect them to be super effective against MBT or heavy tank front armor. As well as this, the lR/67 is decently capable of anti air against rotary wing air targets.
