Yeah I've been using this mod non-stop, it does indeed startle the Witch after the correct survivor, not the first person that joined the server, which is cool.

2 years late reply, the plugin attributes the biler to the first person on the server regardless of who did it. I made it so the script attributes the biler to the actual person who startled them, so it should be proper behavior.

The decision to make us unable to put unlisted mods in a collection is quite dumb ,I agree. Although because it's now public, I was able to find this. I never really liked being able to bile myself and others, usually commons like to go infront of me and screw it up.
I always used the sourcemod plugin but it makes the Witch attack the host of the server whenever a boomer exploded on a Witch, whether it is another person shooting the boomer or the boomer just dying near a Witch. Hopefully this mod doesn't contain that problem.

why unlisted mods are not addable to collections i do not know, but it would've been the only use i would've had for unlisted mods, apparently not, cool

Adding me as an author/contributor will make it show up on my workshop list as well too.
The only things I can think of is I either give in and make this public or you reupload it without me as a contributor.

Have you tried adding this unlisted mod to the collection again? Steam may have issues with newly-created mods that go away after a while.
If not, I'll try to make this public for a moment and then you reply if you can add it or not.
