Try to clean game cache, because it's all fine, this works. I believe that's an error of serious sam workshop that usually is full of bugs and glitchs.

Do I have to do more than just subscribe to it? I loaded the game up in moddable version and made sure blitzcrank was checked but my character was still serious sam.
