I was able to do it, the steps in this guide are correct but very confusing. First you have to hold your hands up then jump, and right after you jump, jolt your camera forward and ragdoll at the same time. It's a bit hard but fun to do. Not sure how to do a backflip though, it may be possible but I can't do it.

is it suppose to make me do a *full* front/backflip cos mostly when i do it i just flop forwards and back
