描述
In the tunnels beneath Grit Gate, a disgraced scientist has granted a terrible sort of life to chairbears and their innocent furniture ilk.

To find the new encounter, leave east via the back exit of Grit Gate (through the force barrier) and immediately head downstairs. The scientist will be waiting for you, scalpels at the ready. But beware -- the furniture grows restless, and is no longer confined to the laboratory of its creator...

Incredible concept but completely unbalanced. Enemies are incredibly tough but spawn in low level areas where they will undoubtedly one shot you. You waste resources to kill one thinking it will at least reward you with mid to lategame XP but then it gives you a pittance. Even treating them as an early game barrier that you're supposed to evade doesn't work since they sometimes flood cult sites due to their spawn pools. Pls fix

theres a game jam for Caves of Qud? that sounds pretty cool.
