Turns NIMBY Rails into OSM.

This should always be the lowest priority Map Style Mod (unless you know what you're doing)
Recommended to turn "Show land texture at max zoom" off under Map settings.

A couple add-on mods will come out later.

This is as faithful a recreation of OSM as possible, only excluding:
- roads under construction (will come in the next update)
- buildings (as they are not in the game)
- railways (any railway displaying mod can be used with this)
- and fences/walls/etc. (these are often next to buildings and so without a building they look weird)
