SMOD Tactical PMCs

A re-upload of the old SMOD Soldiers model pack from Garrysmods org, mainly uploading for preservation sake, ive had these for some time but i wanted to get around to uploading them to the workshop.

While there isnt much going on here in terms of the models themselves, textures are uncompressed which is why the filesize is huge.
