描述
Faction units can be recruited from minor settlements.

(This is ridiculous. Building slots are very limited for 4 recruiting buildings, and can only be built in major settlements.)

It would be perfect if u change the tier limit of native unit building to lvl 5 for minor settlements since the other unit production building can be build up to lvl 5 in minor settlements except for native unit building. :steamhappy:
