USS-Europa-SC21

This is a reduced size class 21 version of the USS-Europa. It has all the main specs as the standard size class 24 version of the ship. The size class was reduced mainly by removing lights and deco parts in mostly "fluff" rooms. I kept the main player area of the ship intact which includes farms, production, hangar, and bridges. I also had to remove some lights and details in some engineering rooms. The screen shots on this post have updated stat screens reflecting the changes.
