Expanded Designers Combined+

Previously known as Expanded EDC. I was asked to change it because 'Expanded Expanded' 'sounded weird'

Features notably include:
-Motorized, Motorized Rocket Artillery and Fuel Truck Designers
-Fuel Truck Company
-Armored Car roles(AT,AA,Flame,SPG,Rocket)
-All rocket stuff(Rocket Artillery, Rocket Tanks) is now its own role: Rocket, with different bonuses(will be expanded in upon in future)
-Integrated Equipment Designer mod(Artillery, AA, AT, Infantry Equipment and Trains are now designable)
-New MIOs to fill some gaps(A brand new Railway gun MIO, and more generic MIO to every country)
-Designable Amphibious mechanized
-Super Heavy airframe. No longer will planes look at super heavy tanks and ships in sadness(Note that it is not well balanced yet. Need feedback regarding how to balance them better)
-Flight Deck module now allow Cruiser Submarines to carry aircrafts
-Adding Flight Deck to cruiser or heavy hulls give them the Flight Deck Cruiser and Battlecarrier class of ship respectively
-Carrier wing penalty for exceeding 4 carriers in a battle is reduced to 15% per carrier
-And more!



(Because of limitations, naval combat UI will display cruiser submarines, flight deck cruisers as capital ships, and they(as well as battlecarrier), will appear in the Carrier battlegroup in naval combatr UI, however, they behave the way that they would normally:
-Cruiser submarines only hit by depth charges. UI doesnt display it, but they also still get the buffs from having their position unknown)
-Flight Deck Cruisers act as screen ships for the capitals
-Battlecarriers act as capital ships, screening the carriers)
