Open the screenplay book in the launcher and go through each page, you can spam the F key and/or RB/R1 until you go through every page. Using a macro to spam F key also works if you're old.

Many ways to get this, it can be achieved right at the start by equipping the Woodland face paint and Leaf uniform then laying down in tall grass.

Use a nonlethal weapon or mousetrap against an animal and pick it up, larger animals can't be captured.
Snake Eater
Eat a snake of any type
Catch a snake, dead or alive, then eat it. Cannibal.
Mostly Dead
Use the Fake Death pill
Go to your backpack and equip the fake death pill in the items tab, then press H/A/X while hovering it in the item quick select menu to use it.
Prince Charming
Shoot a Kerotan for the first time
Shoot one the funny looking green frogs. There is one in each area of the game.
Tell Me Where the Bomb Is
CQC Interrogate an enemy
When in melee range of an enemy, hold down B/◯ to grab them and hold them (make sure to keep the left stick centered while in the initial grab animation or else you will slam them), then press and hold LT/L2 to interrogate them.
Close Shave
CQC Slit an enemy's throat
When in melee range of an enemy, hold down B/◯ to grab them and hold them (make sure to keep the left stick centered while in the initial grab animation or else you will slam them). Then press Y/△.
Mama Said
CQC Slam a guard and knock him out
When in melee range of an enemy, hold down B/◯ while moving the left stick in any direction.
Like He Just Doesn't Care
Hold up an enemy
Sneak up right behind an enemy and point your gun at him to make him surrender, then go in first person mode and aim at his face or wiener.
Beekeeper
Use bees to harass an enemy
Shoot the beehive that Snake spots with his binoculars in the cutscene when first entering Dolinovodno (the bridge level) just above the first guard. It will fall on him causing the bees to attack.

Create the Ocelot Time Paradox
Kill Ocelot while he is knocked out after he tries using a technique he has only ever heard about in the middle of battle. One way to do this is to crouch with the knife equipped and go in first person mode to stab him to death.
Don't Touch the Sides
Use a knife to remove a bullet
Available after unlocking the cure menu by completing the Virtuous Mission. Sometimes after getting shot, the bullet will get lodged in Snake, open the cure menu in the survival viewer and cure the bullet wound.

Just Because
Blow up a munitions shed with TNT
Plant and detonate TNT inside a munitions shed, there are many of them in the game. Read the "The Early End" achievement guide below for an easy way to get this one. ↓
The Early End
Kill The End before the boss battle
After killing The Pain you will have to swim across a river, at the end of the river there are two paths, make sure you take the left one first, which will take you to Ponizovje West. Here you will find a munitions shed with an SVD and TNT in it. After you are done looting the munitions shed blow it up using the TNT to get the "Just Because" achievement. After you have the SVD, go back to the river you originally came from and take the other path. After the cutscene finishes use the SVD to headshot the grandpa in the wheelchair. I recommend saving here and loading after killing him as killing him now blocks you from getting some future achievements and good loot, as well as a great boss fight.

Poison a guard
Capture any of the following venomous animals alive and then equip it as a weapon in your backpack. Press X/◻ to throw it at an enemy. Note that this will count as a kill if you are doing a non-lethal run.

Catch a Tsuchinoko (mythical serpent)
There are many places you can catch a Tsuchinoko, I recommend Svyatogoryj South. You will need at least one mousetrap. When you enter Svyatogoryj South from the warehouse walk up the hill a little bit and place your mousetrap(s) in the tall grass. Go back in the warehouse then right back to check on your mousetrap(s). If you didn't catch it just repeat this until you do. Here is a video showing how to do it:
You Snooze, You Lose
Sneak up on The End and hold him up
Be sneaky and get right behind The End without him noticing, then point your weapon at him and he should surrender. Keep your weapon pointed at him and he will eventually drop you the Moss uniform which is needed for the "A Good Man Is Hard to Find" achievement. ↓
A Good Man Is Hard to Find
Achieve a camouflage index of 100%
First, make sure you complete the "You Snooze, You Lose" achievement, which is right above. With the Moss uniform and Woodland face paint equipped you can get a 100% camouflage index by laying down in most places in Sokrovenno (The End boss fight area).

Unmissable achievement, did you know that you can see The Sorrow's corpse after you are thrown off the bridge by The Boss if you look to the left during the cutscene?
Fit For a King
Obtain the Infinity Face Paint
Make sure you had the Tsuchinoko (ALIVE!) by doing the "Believe It or Not" achievement (scroll up) when getting tortured by Volgin and losing your items. After you get your items back from Eva from behind the waterfall, go back outside to the waterfall zone and walk straight, there will be a tree on your left with the Tsuchinoko slithering beside it. Capture it again non-lethally and keep it for the rest of the game. You will unlock the infinity face paint for NG+ once you finish the game.

You cannot get this achievement in the demo theater. Also as of writing this it is bugged, you will need to get all of them without closing the game or else it won't work. THE MGSHDFIX MOD FIXES THIS GLITCH AND MANY OTHERS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING IT https://github.com/Lyall/MGSHDFix
There are 6 hidden cutscene first person views in the game, an easy way to get this achievement is to just hold RB/R1 during each cutscene and you will get it without having to worry. Here are each of the six views:
  1. Hold RB/R1 while Snake is looking over Grozny Grad with his binoculars to see The Boss riding away and as Ocelot walks away to see Tatyana do the Ocelot pose at him
  2. Hold RB/R1 as Ocelot leaves the torture room to see The Boss doing his pose at him
  3. Hold RB/R1 after defeating Volgin when Snake and Eva look at each other to see The Sorrow
  4. Hold RB/R1 after defeating The Boss while the horse neighs to see The Sorrow and The Boss
  5. Hold RB/R1 as President Johnson holds out his hand and look to the left to see Ocelot
  6. Hold RB/R1 as Snake Salutes The Boss's tombstone to see his tears

PEACE WALKER
Finish game without killing anyone
Easiest way to get this is to put the game on very easy difficulty and use the EZ gun. Things to consider:
  • Constant saving is recommended in case you screw up and kill someone so you don't lose too much progress
  • You can kill animals, including enemy dogs
  • You can tranquilize bikers and hovercraft pilots without it counting as a kill
  • All bosses must be defeated non-lethally
  • If a vulture eats a tranquilized enemy it will count as a kill so be aware of that
  • You need to use explosives to get Volgin to come out of the Shagohod to get to phase 2
FOXHOUND
Earn the title of FOXHOUND
Complete the game with the following:
  • Extreme or European Extreme difficulty
  • Use no special items (EZ gun/stealth camo/infinite ammo)
  • Get no kills
  • Get no alerts
  • Use no life medicine
  • Use no continues
  • Save less than 25 times
  • Get under 5 hours play time
  • Under 10 life bars of damage taken
Under the Radar
Obtain the stealth camo
Get either the "The Coast Is Clear" or the "It Ain't Easy Being Green" achievement and you will get stealth camo in NG+. Guides below. ↓
The Coast Is Clear
Clear the game without entering Alert Mode (not including events where Alert Mode is mandatory)
Easiest way to get this is to put the game on very easy difficulty and use the EZ gun and stealth camo if you have it. Things to consider:
  • Save upon entering each new area, if you are detected, go to options and return to title screen to reload your save
  • If you want to practice an area you can use the fake death pill to suicide quickly, just press continue as you would normally. Once you are confident in completing the area go to the main menu and load your save.
  • Caution mode does not count as an alert

I viewed the 6 hidden RB cutscenes listed below to get the achievment:

Krasnogojore Mountaintop - When Snake is looking down at Groznyj Grad, he will continue to watch and see The Boss. As the Boss starts leaving the area; hold RB to watch her ride away from Snake's perspective.

Groznyj Grad Southeast - After Ocelot shoots Snake's eye. Ocelot will start to leave the room; hold RB to look at The Boss's face as he leaves.

Groznyj Grad Rail Bridge - After Volgin is defeated he will summon a storm and set himself on fire. Hold RB after that to see The Sorrow for a moment.
Post Game 1 - After putting the Boss down. Hold RB through the scene until you see the ghosts of The Boss and the Sorrow fade away.

Post Game 2 - During the ending the President will want to shake Snake's hand. Hold RB and look to the left to see Ocelot outside the window.

Post Game 3 - During the final scene Snake will be at The Boss's grave. Once he starts to salute, hold RB to see a blurry graveyard.

I can confirm that I have recieved this achievment on steam. I used the latest version of the game to date, as well as the MGSHDFix.

I held the RB button down for every cutscene after Krasnogorje without skipping any cutscenes

I viewed the 6 hidden RB cutscenes listed below to get the achievment.

It is worth noting that I was able to save in between these, end my game and pick up my progress later. I DID NOT have to do this in one straight shot play session without ending the the game in between. (Most likely due to the MGSHDFix or game updates since this original thread was made.

I can confirm 2 things are wrong

1. You do get Markhor rank even if you kill nobody and doesn't give alerts. Just get 48 animals and plants. Theres no need to purposefully get caught or kill

2. Throwing venemous animals at enemy and causing them die DOES NOT count as kills. As for the vulture thing, I had one guy shows up with a vulture grabbing him in Sorrow's river, meaning it counted as a kill, but in the final scoresheet it showed as zero kills and I got Peace Walker.

Thanks, also I forgot to mention you need version 2.5.1 or newer of MGSHDFix to fix the snake eyes glitch.

I do have the mod already. Also, I just noticed a small error in All Guns Blazing. The Mosin Nagant is in Sokrovenno North after defeating The End non-lethally, just a few steps away from him. You've got it listed as Sokrovenno South here.

Yes, but the MGSHDFix mod fixes this glitch. If you don't have this mod I would really suggest downloading it. It makes the game much better and fixes a ton of glitches.

side note for the Fashionista achievement: if you do another play through to get the camos you missed, make sure you collect the maintenance uniform AGAIN, otherwise you will not get the achievement.
