Better Boss Spawns

Makes boss spawn items non consumable, and adds new items for bosses and events without spawn items to reduce grind.

+ Cloth Skull: Summons Skeletron.
(Silk x 8, Cobweb x 20, at a Tombstone)

+ LavaProof Voodoo Doll: Summons Wall Of Flesh when thrown into lava, doesnt get used up and does not kill the guide.
(Guide Voodoo Doll, Hellstone Bar x 5, at a Hellforge)

+ Truffle Horn: Summons Duke Fishron.
(Truffle Worm, Shroomite Bar x 4, at a Hardmode Anvil)

+ Fragrant Bulb: Summons Plantera.
(Vine x 4, Jungle Spore x 12, Chlorophyte Bar x 6, at a Hardmode Anvil)

+ Abandoned Idol: Summons Golem.
(Lihzahrd Power Cell, Lunar Tablet Fragment x 8, Chlorophyte Bar x 4, at a Lihzahrd Furnace)

+ Lacewing In a Bottle: Summons Empress of Light.
(Empress Butterfly, Bottle)

+ Slimy Balloon: Starts / Stops Slime Rain.
(Silk x 5, Cloud x 10, Gel x 15, at a Workbench)

+ Interstellar Beacon: Starts Martian Madness invasion.
(Iron / Lead x 6, Wire x 10, at a Hardmode Anvil)

+ Wyvern Egg: Summons Betsy
(Bought from the Tavernkeep after defeating Golem)

+ Celestial Fragment: Summons Lunatic Cultist
(Solar Tablet Fragment, Topaz, Diamond, Amethyst, Sapphire, at a Hardmode Anvil)
