[Prototype] xdReanimsBase-S (L4D2) Anim Mods base

This is a fork of xdshot's xdReanimsBase, which include a few extra features for server owners, including the new server-side slots and declaration of popular animation mods to maintain consistent animation indices when playing in modded servers.

xdR-S should be backwards compatible with all xdR addons but it will conflict with xdR itself, choose one or the other, not both.

This is on a extremely early prototype and testing phase and the addon is not publicly available, if you stumble on this by accident then this addon will cause your computer to blow up to smithereens, don't use it.
