Personal mod merge for friends :3

Includes a lot of small aesthetic mods, along with a some custom balance tweaks to some class skills and item affixes.
Also Includes a heavily modified version of LAO 2 Lite
I do not take any credit for included mods.

Features Include:

-Gear has several new rarities, all of which's balance have been manually tweaked to my liking
-Potions have been reworked to act much slower than in vanilla.
-Gear no longer drops with sockets, and instead must be Transmuted or Socket Enchanted to gain any.
-Fumbling has been removed.
-Multiplayer Enemy Scaling has been removed
-Enemy Health in Elite Difficulty has been significantly increased
-Socketable Transmute Recipes from ACE
-Stat Enchanter nerfs from ACE
-Buffs to the Vitality and Armor stats from ACE
-Tweaks to several skills (mostly Berserker)
-Axes deal more damage than before.
-Claws deal less damage than before.
-Polearms received a rework/buff to be more a more appealing weapon class.
-Two-Handed weapons have been extensively tweaked to hopefully be competitive (but not OP) options.
-Huge 20-Page Stash accessible from your inventory!
-Cosmetic Armor Slots!
-Loading Screens have been changed to say (mostly) silly stuff.

This modpack is intended to be lightweight and performant, compatible with almost any content mods as long as this is loaded ABOVE them. Probably not compatible with mods that alter loot tables too much.

Works well alone, but can be played with the Torchlight 2 ACE Mod.

Load order should be something like this:
Kaecie's Mod (Top)
Respec Mod (optional)
Lost Spirit Merchant (optional)
ACE (Bottom)
