hello, I can't see the hologram "LOCKED BY..." like in your screenshot and I don't know how to turn on the lever in the mining building. I tried with the gears many times but it didn't work.

Disregard my previous comment. turns out you need the energy cells to power the car, from the laboratory with the unstable generator. Why would you need to convert one biscuit in the other base?

Also, what are the locations of all the gnomes...?

Are the energy cells the round, biscuit-like objects? If so, how do I fill them up with the "blue"? What do I do with these energy wafers? Lastly, why is the blue car with the energy station not working? (I have half life vehicles and it does not respond)
