survivor limp slowdown speed removal

actually what i've done was set the survivor_limp_health cvar to 1, shouldwork in all game modes and custom campaings ON LOCAL SERVERS AND SINGLEPLAYER, if sv_cheats is set to 1 might also work on dedicated servers, also if you don't know what the limp slowdown is, is the gauge where you go to yellow and then red healt, that everytime your life go down to a certain amount (default 40) you start going slower, this addon removes that.

as you can see on the screenshots, the script makes your life color keeps in green no matter the life points, this is because l4d2 changes the life color to show that you enter on limp state, as this scripts doesn't let you enter this state (because it's set to 1 and if you go under 1 you got incapped) the life color will always keeps on green.

also as shown on the last capture, even on red health you will run at your normal speed
