Jax's Armor and Health Recharger Mod

So someone tried to scam ya boy *points to self*, and after a payday mayday and a lengthy argument (mostly the other guy being f*cking stupid), I didn't send him the file and am instead posting here for the public to use. You can read about it here, if you are soooooo interested -

Aside from that, this addon adds 4 entities, all pretty self explanatory as to what they are.
- "armor_recharger"
- "health_recharger"
- "vip_armor_recharger"
- "vip_health_recharger"

You can change the rate, initial charge, and initial health (as well as whether they can take damage or not) in the tool menu, under options -> Armor/Health -> Admin (only if you are admin though).

No, I will not add them to your F4 Menu
No, I will not help you configure it for your server
No, I will not change the model and/or 3D2D position to fit what you want.
