Isabel II HTACGC

The Isabel II is much like its forebears; a highly mobile gun system, although no longer reliant on the massing of recoilless weapons to project its firepower across the battlefield. Whilst lobbing the same shells as the Archelon II, these armoured cars feature a rapid autoloading system to deliver them at a much greater rate onto targets, rendering them brutally efficient fire support against lighter vehicles, and somewhat making up for their lacking punch against heavyweight threats. The design also handles rough terrain remarkably well, even being able to keep up with certain tracked vehicles offroad due to its smooth suspension and large engine, although it remains far more capable on-road. The Isabel's primary distinguisher from its peers however is its place as an amphibious vehicle, a capability seen increasingly rarely in the modern Coalition armoured and mechanized forces. Some would say a floating car is obsolete in the face of jet tanks and helicopter support, but the infantry are more than happy for the added firepower when their fire support makes it across the river without needing an engineering detachment to help it over.
