Her neighbour is you is also grammatically incorrect, the grammatically correct structure would be "You are her neighbour." Also the american spellings are objectively wrong.

@Rasputin: if you're going to nitpick.. From the Merriam-Webster dictionary:
"1 : the one or ones being addressed
—used as the pronoun of the second person singular or plural in any grammatical relation except that of a possessive"

but 2 notes:
the correct spelling is neighbor. its weird but so is english
