I would recommend using "Keep That Radio ON!" which allows the radio to stay on when put away.
No problem, and yeah hopefully it's fixed in Build 42! Started noticing the same problem (probably) that you were describing, not sure how I never noticed it before.
Unfortunately I'm not that talented when it comes to Lua coding however, I've never heard or experienced the bug you're referring to before. I use my own personal version of DURM that has some edited values on my RP server, and never had a player report that problem. It may entirely be possible that the bug is related to a mod conflicting with either this mod (if you're using it) or with another mod that you have on your server. Sorry for the late response, somewhere between now and when I uploaded the mod I must of unsubscribed to the comment section which resulted in me not getting notifications for new comments.
I looked into it the problem you're describing, the most likely answer is that it's a mod conflict. The code for the improved version, which you can see on GitHub, is exactly the same apart from the stats.
