Caviramus LATB

The Caviramus started life as a graceful, fast reconnaissance aircraft, well known for its impressive handling. Unfortunately for the poor plane, its military service would be forever changed by a single clerical error that delivered a set of guidance systems and rocket motors with no bombs affixed to them. Upon seeing this shipment, a group of bored, enterprising grunts reasoned that surely the kits could be used for something, and after wedging a hand grenade into a log, a dreadful idea was born. The first test run ended with a total loss of the aircraft and crew, but against all odds, also successfully destroyed the target. Before long, a mix of under the table field modifications and semi-official design changes had converted the planes from sleek scouts to ungainly log delivery systems, attaining far better results on the battlefield than they had any right to.
