Beskrivning
Adds a precept level only against the sale of organs.

I felt like this level was missing, to be able to harvest organs only for medical use. Allows to avoid a bad opinion of the surgeon who performed a transplant (with a consenting donor, or not, but that's another story).

I think of the children. Not the silver I'd get from doing anything bad to them.
