Simple Alternative Combat (Faster)

Primarily, the mod did 3 things:

- Increased base, min, max melee hit chance, and etc for a little faster meat grinding.
(indirectly reduced the difference between unit tiers)

- Reduced Melee damages to armors

- Routing units move faster but more vulnerable
(if running yield no chance for survival, a soldier would fight to death!)

New
- Projectile rework, generally intent to make range units spend their ammo faster.



Aside from those, there are a little bit of adjustments here and there but not worth mentioning about.

PS. This should be used with my other battle mods for intended effects. Its primary aim is to increase fluidity in combat, and has achieved the result without turning it into arcade speedy battle like legacy games.
