[WireMod] Entities Area Detector + Keybind

This is an entity detection device based on a custom area range determined by it's user, it basically detects all the valid entites that are inside of the determined area and shows the user when a new entity enters/leaves the area, the user can also list all the entities with their informations and increase/decrease the area range, all just by using keybinds.

- Available Keybinds:
(K) Increase the detection area range;
(L) Decrease the detection area range;
(P) List all the valid entities inside the area.

- Note:
Unfortunately, there's a limitation when printing all the entities in-game, Garry's Mod limits the "print()" command with a cooldown after a certain amount of prints are executed with a low amount of time, causing a few entities to be skipped from being printed to the user.
