Araylie's Rimworld Custom Mod - Unanesthetized Part Removal
This mod allows you to dismember your Pawns without medicine!
Infection? Easy fix! Fast, bloody and painful!
Make sure you tend the open wound after cutting the body part!
The doctor may still or may not attempt to use medicine to tend the wound after the operation!
If you really want a no medicine experience,
just make sure their minimal care is set without medicine!
The wounds may get infected or make you bleed to death... Or both!
Be careful and try it now for free!

Remove limbs and non-vital body parts without putting the subject to sleep,
including the fingers, toes, hands, feet, arms and legs.
Cutting off fingers and toes is easier and faster than
removing the entire limb as the subject struggles less in staying still.
How hard can it be to cut off a limb?
A piece of long pork (it's an expression, no, you're not getting any)!
You can't kill the patient during the surgery...
They can still die after the operation if they bleed out though...
But that's only a minor inconvenience, right?
Just make sure you tend the wound or else they might die from lack of blood in their veins.
Make sure your surgeon is capable of violence!

After the flesh is separated, the subject may attempt to flee from tremendous agony,
but don't worry, they will quickly fall incapacitated after few seconds.
Just put them back on their medical table,
close those open wounds and clean this bloody mess (or not)!
There is a chance they get an insignificant infection... Or worse...
Obviously, the subject and the doctor won't like the outcome of such event...
Unless they are into it of course! No judgement!

You can't "brutally chop off" all content added by Biotech.

That's not cool.

Not cool and mostly LAME tbh.

Need update ASAP.

This is... not the mod that I would love to see, but it's in the right direction.

Anesthesia is an extremely modern invention. For thousands of years, this was how all surgery had to be done. Maybe some minor herbal numbing agents but nothing to really drop people off that 'cliff' until ether.

I'd love to see a mod that removes the automatic anesthesia for surgeries and then raises the anesthesia procedure to require modern medicine or some kind of special feature.

Now surgeries are brutal and painful, potential for killing the patient through shock, the higher the medical skill the faster the surgery hoping to sew them up before the shock kills them (literally how real surgeries had to be done, surgeons had to be extremely fast), and maybe a collaboration with Tribal Medicine or something for some interim pain relief meds.
