Genuine Dynamic Suspension Bridge

A dynamic suspension bridge that actually acts like one as well as looking like one, unlike other dynamic bridges out there that may resemble this (they are either cabled-stayed in design, lack the ability for decks to break or doesn't fully act like a suspension bridge).

- Has dynamic caternary and hanging cables, although the latter can snap under tension. This allows for the bridge to act differently depending on how much of the road is destroyed and it's possible to completely destroy it by severing the caternary cables.
- A dynamic road deck, again connected by cables so they can break under tension.
- UPDATE: Lights

Quite experimental (whipped this up in around a day or two) and expect quite some issues.

Some issues include:
- Severe lag of course. This is unavoidable with dynamic bridges and this is no different. A good PC + CPU is required.
- The deck may bend to the point where its hard for some vehicles to cross.
- Heavy vehicles such as the Big Crane will collapse the bridge; with this nature of the bridge and the nature of Joints currently (they seperate a bit under intense forces), it's very unlikely to be fixed.
- Jersey barriers may be in weird positions; I grouped the decks close together and thus the barriers are together, thus with the bending, its inevitable. That being said, I may shorten the length of the barriers later on.
