[HAM] - Escaped Convict + Remove Weapons

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

Details of Escaped Convict:
- This script works like a module, place it on top of a unit that you want to change into an escaped convict.
- This version gives the unit an orange jumpsuit but does NOT allow the escapee to keep whatever weapons and gear they had on them. Forcing the criminal to scavenge for a weapon from the start.

- Only works on Public Scripted Servers:
