Workout Mod [ENTITIES]

Now you can hit the gym in Garry's Mod.

Lift weights & dumbells to get stronger. Like the Vodka mod, it will give you buffs, those include:
Run & walk speed bonus
More damage on fist type weapons
More health & armor capacity
More jump power
Stronger throw force for props
Damage resistences

Findable under Entities tab-->Workout

Use them by picking them up with your use key and looking up and down repeatedly.
