Realistic Javelin Ranges

This mod gives javelins more realistic ranges, a maximum of 80 metres. This range was chosen for the following reasons:

- The world record for a javelin throw is 104.80 metres.
- Rather than throwing javelins in calm and peaceful conditions, your warriors are in a life-or-death battle where they can't afford to waste ammunition on a long shot.
- Javelins have a maximum range of 80 metres in Rome II: Total War, which just feels right to me.
