BMW E9

This mod adds the BMW E9 Coupe Sport from 1968.
It comes in 12 colours and is available as a driving vehicle (bus) and asset.
The vehicle is very detailed for both the exterior and interior, when you look at it closely you'll see it even has a moving dashboard clock.
To make this possible without impacting the game performance this model has no fewer than 5 levels of detail.

Asset included, in the categories cars and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 12 driving vehicles.
- Detailed interior with turning steer and working indicator lights.
- Passenger capacity 4 (1 in game), load speed 4.
- Camera positions.
- Exhaust fumes.
- Available from 1968 until 2019.

Asset features include (all available as of 1968):
- 1 model in 12 colours.
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Lights on/off/other.
- Blink lights including left and right options.
- Exhaust fumes in 3 scales off/normal/other.
- Driver characters.
- Choice from 23 different, incl. 5 legacy old style, European license plate lay-outs with own text labels.

.... - Script to set unique asset names by default with help of Doug.
.... - The name you give the asset in game is used to render it's license plate text.
- Settings for offset in 3 directions and longitude and cross slope angles.
- Selectable capacity kind Commercial/Industrial/Residential with a capacity value of 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.
